Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of everydayrecall.site and of the free Everyday Recall email program (the "Service"), operated by M1 LLC ("we", "us"). By using the website or submitting the sign-up form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What we provide

The Service is a free sequence of seven emails containing short everyday recall exercises and a printable score sheet, plus a written guide sent on the final day. The exercises are performed by you, on your own paper, without supervision.

The Service is educational. It is not a medical service, not a clinical or diagnostic instrument and not a screening tool, and it is not a substitute for professional advice. See our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to sign up. By submitting the form you confirm that you are.

3. Price

The program is free. We do not ask for card details, we do not charge for any part of the seven days, and there is no paid tier of the program itself. We may, in later emails, tell you about other products or services; anything of that kind is optional and clearly identified.

4. Emails and consent

We send the program emails, and occasional related emails, on the basis of the consent you give on the sign-up form. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing ends all of our emails, including any remaining days of the program, and you keep whatever you have already received.

5. Your account of yourself

You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you give us and for having the right to use it. Do not sign someone else up without their knowledge.

6. Acceptable use

We may suspend or remove access to the Service if these rules are broken.

7. Intellectual property

The exercises, the score sheet, the guide, the text, the layout and the branding are owned by us or used under licence. You may print, copy and use the materials freely for your own personal, non-commercial use, including with your own family. You may not sell them, publish them, or use them in a commercial or professional setting without our written permission.

8. What you write is yours

Your answers and your scores are recorded on your own paper. We do not receive them, we do not ask for them, and we claim no rights over them.

9. No guarantee of outcome

We make no promise that the program will produce any particular result, benefit or improvement of any kind, in memory or in anything else. The Service is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also update these Terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for any decision you take about your health in connection with the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Third-party links

Our website and emails may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live.
