Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how M1 LLC ("Everyday Recall", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit everydayrecall.site, submit the sign-up form, or receive the emails of the Everyday Recall program (together, the "Service").
We are the data controller for the personal data described below. Questions go to [email protected].
The short version. We ask for a first name and an email address so we can send you seven emails. We never see your answers or your scores — those stay on your own paper. We do not sell your data, and you can unsubscribe from any email in one click.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you give us
- Sign-up form: your first name and your email address. Collected only when you submit the form and only after you tick the consent box.
- Contact correspondence: your name, your email address and whatever you choose to write when you email us or use the contact form.
1.2 Information we do NOT collect
- Your exercise answers and your scores. The program is done on paper. There is no field anywhere on this website or in our emails for you to send us what you wrote, and we never ask for it.
- Health information. We do not ask about, record or infer any medical condition, diagnosis, treatment, symptom or health concern. We do not treat anything we hold as health data, because we do not collect health data.
- Payment details, phone numbers, postal addresses, date of birth or government identifiers.
1.3 Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, and the pages you visit on our website.
- Email engagement: whether an email was opened and whether a link in it was clicked, so we know whether the program is being read.
- Advertising identifiers: if you arrive from a paid advertisement, the click identifier in the URL, so we can measure which campaigns work.
2. Why we use your data and our legal basis
| Purpose | Data used | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Send you the seven emails of the program and the score sheet | First name, email | Consent |
| Send occasional related emails after the program ends | First name, email | Consent |
| Reply to a message you send us | Name, email, message content | Legitimate interest |
| Measure whether emails are delivered and read | Email, engagement data | Consent / legitimate interest |
| Measure advertising and website performance | Technical data, click identifiers | Consent (cookies) / legitimate interest |
| Security, abuse prevention and record keeping | Technical data | Legitimate interest / legal obligation |
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not rent or trade mailing lists. We share data only with service providers who process it on our instructions:
- Email delivery provider — to send the program emails and manage unsubscribes.
- Website hosting provider — to serve this website.
- Analytics and advertising platforms — for aggregate measurement of campaigns, where you have consented to non-essential cookies.
- Professional advisers or authorities — where we are legally required to disclose.
Some of these providers are located outside your country. Where data leaves the UK or the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
4. Cookies
This website uses only what is needed to serve the page plus, where applicable, measurement tags for advertising campaigns. We do not use cookies to build a profile of your health, interests or behaviour beyond campaign measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the sign-up form works either way.
5. How long we keep it
- Sign-up data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after your last interaction with our emails.
- Contact correspondence: up to 24 months after the matter is closed.
- Technical logs: up to 12 months.
After an unsubscribe we keep a minimal suppression record (your email address in hashed form) so that we do not accidentally email you again.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights: access to the data we hold about you, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal data.
To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
7. Unsubscribing
Every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also reply to any email with the word "stop", or write to the address above. Unsubscribing ends all emails, including the remaining days of the program.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and held by providers that maintain recognised security practices. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the Service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be announced by email before they take effect.
